Great service. As a technician for years I don’t trust many shops I haven’t been to or met the techs directly but I greatly appreciate the experience here. Due to time constraints and urgency to get small job done I gambled on Fast Lane Automotive because they made everything hassle free. They got me to and from work with a Lyft service allowing my work week to not be interrupted. Most importantly they listened to my problem and once they saw the video I took they didn’t try to up charge me any diagnostic or any other meaningless work. They saw I only was interested in my drive shaft issue and left it at that. Due to their respect I will be using them again in the future and recommend others to try them out.

I came in to get an oil change, I recently serviced my car with my dealership so I knew I very likely didn’t have any problems. They did an inspection and said everything looks perfect and finished the oil change really quickly, I came in 7:45am on a Saturday. The employees were really nice, will definitely be back!

Very nice and friendly people. They did the job very quickly and they take care of you!! Not many places do that. Over and beyond. From the diagnostics taking pictures and pointing stuff out to having waters and snacks. They even have ordered me a lyft home when i had to leave my car. Thanks again fastlane.

I went in to have an oil change plus for them to check on why my car was stuttering at a certain speed. I knew there might be some other issues also. Robbie was upfront with me and explained other things going on including my front brakes, I believe. The stuttering was fixed with far less trouble than I expected. Overall, I was super pleased with the work, customer service and lack of heavy pressure . I would highly recommend.

This is an excellent place where you can bring your automobiles. The staff have an excellent customer service attitude and will thoroughly explain what your automobiles needs; no more, no less, straight forward! The warranty is awesome for the work: 3 years or 36,000 miles for the automobiles we've brought here. The mechanics are ASE certified! I recommend this place; keep up the awesome work 👏

The guys at Fastlane automotive are great. Did a used car inspection and they were not pushy. Fixed two air valves on my tires two different days because of the recent cold. It’s been a great experience so far.

Discovered this shop a while ago when I had ran over a nail and the service/professionalism was a 10/10. I just recently took my car in for a new battery and they did not disappoint. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and detailed. Their prices are fair as well and they have a lovely waiting area with fresh water, coffee, and snacks! I will definitely be back.

My car wouldn’t turn on due to the alternator and battery, there ended up being more problems with the car but Robby, and a few of the guys I was speaking to up front helped me a lot. I got what I needed done my car is back on the road I 100% recommend them they are my new place, they have 3 year warranty, super understanding, they have financing available, they are honest with there prices break everything down to you every bit. I will be coming back to these guys to fix my suspensions and rear breaks. I have a Jeep Cherokee 2015 V6, my alternator was bad my battery was bad something was wrong with my water pump and oil housing filter they are doing all the work that needs to be done for my car. I got some work done now and will be coming back for more work.

My Fiancé & I had a great experience at Fast Lane Automotive for our oil change. They were very communicative about items of concern without being pushy, and the service was incredibly fast & most importantly efficient. Everyone was so nice, the pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service really stood out to us. As a bonus, we even received a little free gift—a cute mug with an air freshener and hot chocolate—which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, they were fantastic, and we’ll definitely be coming back with our other vehicle and for future service on this one as well! I’d recommend them to anyone.
